All orders ship the following Monday or Tuesday to ensure they are not held over the weekend by the carrier. All carriers have eliminated shipping guarantees since COVID.
We will pack your order in a 36 hour insulated shipping liner with foam ice bricks to keep items cold and to provide the best possible delivery of your products.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays by the carrier and can not offer refunds for delayed shipments resulting in damaged or ruined product.
HaleLife Bakery is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
